Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery address. Orders ship flat-packed via StarTrack, with TNT and premium couriers available. You can also use your own courier account. All domestic deliveries are carbon neutral through our partner Shippit.
What size shipping box do I need?
Choose a box that fits your product snugly with a little room for protective packing. A box that's too big costs more to post and lets products move around. Enter custom dimensions on the product page, and remember our sizes are external measurements in millimetres.
How do I make custom printed shipping boxes?
Pick a box style, such as a full colour mailer or eco kraft mailer, and set your size. Download the dieline, add your artwork and upload it for instant pricing. There's no minimum order and no setup fees, and production takes up to eight business days after artwork approval.
How strong are your shipping boxes?
Our shipping boxes are made from E-flute and B-flute corrugated board, about 1.5mm to 3mm thick, to protect products in transit. For heavier items, choose a thicker B-flute board or our high-strength corrugated shipper boxes.
How do I pack a box properly for shipping?
Choose a box that fits your product closely, fill any gaps with tissue paper or an insert so nothing moves, then close and seal the box securely. Put the shipping label on the top face. A snug, well-packed box reduces damage and returns.
