Sampling with CMYK Digital Printing

With our CMYK digital printing capabilities, you can now create a custom order using any artwork, starting from as little as 1 or 10 units. This unique feature eliminates waste and allows you to trial ideas cost-effectively before committing to a larger run.

The cost for creating a single prototype (1 unit), no matter its size or design, is set at a fixed price of $79. This amount covers the expenses needed to produce a unique custom product that meets your specific requirements.

Ordering Individual Size Samples 

If you're not quite ready to trial a specific design but want to get a feel for the packaging and ensure it aligns with your logistics, we offer the option to order individual size samples. Our platform allows you to choose up to 3 items from our product range for a flat, fixed fee. These non-printed samples will arrive flat packed, ready for easy assembly. 

Pre-Made Sample Packs

If you're uncertain about which sizes to start with, our pre-made sample packs are the ideal solution. These packs include a variety of our most popular sizes from our mailer box categories. Each option is printed single-sided on Kraft board using black ink, making it easy for you to identify the size of each sample upon delivery. Here are the sizes included in this pack:
